Triple Choc Brownie recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Diversity Dough
  • 150g Gut Seal Premix
  • 100g chopped cooking chocolate
  • 1 cup xylitol, erythritol, or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder or high quality vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 free range eggs
  • Extra 50g chopped chocolate, kept aside

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Grease and line a 20cm square tin.
  2. In a mixer, add all ingredients except the reserved 50g chocolate. Mix until combined into a sticky paste.
  3. Spread the mixture into the prepared tin, pushing it out to the sides and flattening to approximately 1 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate over the top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove and allow to cool before slicing.
