Safe Arrival.

Our cultures are carefully packaged in BPA-free, food-grade impulse-sealed pouches. Each pouch, containing your culture, is vacuum-sealed within another outer package, also made from food-grade, BPA-free material. Occasionally, due to the active nature of our cultures, some starter may escape the inner packaging. Rest assured that they are still robust and entirely viable for use. Store them in the fridge or freezer until you're ready to ferment.

Due to the handmade nature of our cultures, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Shipments are sent with Express Parcel post from Monday to Thursday.

Once your cultures arrive, if you're not ready to use them immediately, you can store them in the fridge for up to 3 months or in the freezer until the use-by date.

 

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in Australia. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been fulfilled.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

Please note, shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to Australia Post delays.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide from Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders (including to Indonesia, New Zealand, the U.S., the UK, and others) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees when the package arrives in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Kultured Wellness is not responsible for:

  • Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country

  • Delays due to customs clearance

  • Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees

If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued once the goods arrive back in their original condition.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of fees before placing your order.
