Sleep Tea Gummies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp gelatin (bloomed)
  • 3 Tbsp Kultured Wellness Sleep Tea
  • 500 ml boiling water
  • Stevia or honey, to taste
  • 3 cm piece fresh ginger

Method

  1. Bloom the gelatin
    Place the gelatin in a small bowl. Pour over 4 tablespoons of water and allow it to bloom for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened and expanded.
  2. Prepare the tea
    Add the Sleep Tea and fresh ginger to a saucepan. Pour over the boiling water and simmer on a rolling boil for 20 minutes to extract maximum therapeutic benefit.
  3. Strain and combine
    Strain the tea and ginger into a heat-proof glass jar. Stir in the bloomed gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved.
  4. Sweeten gently
    Add stevia or honey to taste — just enough to make it comforting without overstimulating the nervous system.
  5. Set the gummies
    Pour the mixture into silicone jelly moulds or a lined baking tray. Place in the fridge until fully set.
  6. Cut and store
    If using a baking tray, cut into small squares once set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

How to Use
