- 2 cups fermented mango coconut yoghurt using our Kultured Wellness Yoghurt
- ½ cup fermented mango pieces (chunks)
- ¼ cup MCT or Brain Octane Oil
- Stevia to taste
- Optional: ½ cup fermented cashews or macadamias, 1-2 tsp grated ginger
Add the 2 cups of fermented mango coconut yoghurt, oil, stevia to taste and optional add in ingredients to a high quality blender or thermomix and blitz on high until completely smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour the mix into it. Scatter the pieces of fermented mango on top.
- Place in the freezer to set.
When read y, slice into squares and enjoy.
