Frozen Coconut Mango Yoghurt Squares
A creamy, tropical treat for when it heats up! This recipe is from the Gutalicous cookbook that I co-authored with Jordan Pie.
Packed with bifido and brain supportive fats, enjoy your Mango Yoghurt Squares as a snack, dessert or even for breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fermented mango coconut yoghurt using our Kultured Wellness Yoghurt
- ½ cup fermented mango pieces (chunks) - How to ferment fruit
- ¼ cup MCT or Brain Octane Oil
- Stevia to taste
- Optional: ½ cup fermented cashews or macadamias, 1-2 tsp grated ginger
Method:
- Combine mango coconut yoghurt with MCT oil and any optional add ins.
- Mix through fermented mango chunks.
- Pour into a glass container lined with parchment paper or silicon moulds.
- Place in the freezer to set.
- Slice into squares or remove from mould and enjoy! Store in freezer until ready to eat.
