Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups fermented mango coconut yoghurt using our Kultured Wellness Yoghurt
  • ½ cup fermented mango pieces (chunks) 
  • ¼ cup MCT or Brain Octane Oil 
  • Stevia to taste 
  • Optional:½ cup fermented cashews or macadamias, 1-2tsp grated ginger

Method: 

  1. Add the 2 cups of fermented mango coconut yoghurt, oil, stevia to taste and optional add in ingredients to a high quality blender or thermomix and blitz on high until completely smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed. 
  3. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour the mix into it. Scatter the pieces of fermented mango on top. 
  4. Place in the freezer to set. 
  5. When ready, slice into squares and enjoy.
