Slow Cooked Lamb Curry

When ever I think of B6, I always think of Lamb. Lamb is such a wonderful source of B6.
Vitamin B6 not only promotes healthy brain function but has many other benefits including:
👉 Works to balance blood sugar levels
👉 Acts as a natural painkiller
👉 Boosts mood
👉 Supports the function of the liver
👉 Enhances immunity by increasing the synthesis of antibodies used to protect the body
This nourishing recipe is perfect for Autumn nights and is so easy to throw together.
