Slow Cooked Lamb Curry
When ever I think of B6, I always think of Lamb. Lamb is such a wonderful source of B6.

This nourishing recipe is perfect for Autumn nights and is so easy to throw together.
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg diced lamb
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil

1.5 Tbsp curry powder (rice flour free) - ½ Tbsp cumin powder
- ½ Tbsp ground cloves
- ½ Tbsp fresh or dried thyme leaves
- ½ Tbsp turmeric powder
- A good pinch or two of cayenne pepper
- ½ Tbsp fresh or dried ginger
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 300ml Kultured Wellness Coconut Yoghurt

1/3 cup filtere d water - 1 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish with f resh coriander leaves and sliced chili (optional)
METHOD

Heat a frying pan on medium heat and brown the lamb pieces in coconut oil until golden and all sides are sealed. -
Add all the ingredients to your slow cooker and cook on low for 4 - 5 hours. -
When the curry is ready serve with cooked and cooled rice, cauliflower puree and or cooked veggies of your choice . -
Sprinkle the coriander and chili on top and serve with coconut y oghurt on the side. Serve and enjoy immediately.
