Raspberry, Passionfruit and Coconut Kefir Ice-Blocks


  • 1 ½ cups Kultured Wellness Coconut Water Kefir
  • 2 passionfruit, pulp only
  • ½ cup organic raspberries
  • Juice of ½-1 lemon or lime


  1. Add all the ingredients to a glass jar and close the lid. Allow this to ferment for 12-24 hours.
  2. When it’s ready, you can pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the passionfruit seeds and chunks of fruit, or simply pour the entire mixture into ice-block moulds.
  3. Place them in the freezer to set.
  4. When they’re ready, run the moulds under warm water for 30 seconds to allow the moulds to slide off easily.
