  1. Combine the above in a sealed jar and leave it on your benchtop to ferment for around 48 hours. Enjoy & store in the fridge for up to two weeks. 


How long will it keep for?

Because we use fresh, organic apples, the juice needs to be drunk within two weeks. Don't worry, you’ll feel the benefits for much longer. One starter can make up to 10 litres of fermented apple juice. Your morning just got more refreshing.
