There is nothing complicated here. You make it yourself, on your own bench, with living cultures and a jar built to do the job properly.

The two cultures that do the work

Our coconut kefir and coconut yoghurt cultures are hand-selected live strains, cultured in real coconut. Each one is a food-based culture you grow at home, turning a single sachet into litres of fermented coconut kefir and yoghurt. They are the foundation of the way we eat, and the simplest place to begin if you want more living, fermented food in your day.

Made as food and enjoyed as food, these cultures are here to support a nourishing way of eating alongside whatever else you are already doing for your health.

Why the jar matters

We have joined forces with Kilner Jars, our favourite fermenting jar company, making quality jars since 1842. The 3 litre Kilner jar has a distinctive pressure seal and an airtight design, so no oxygen gets in to interrupt your ferment. The glass is 100 per cent recyclable, non-reactive and easy to sterilise, which means less plastic and a jar you will reach for again and again.

Simple to begin
