Binders Bundle

$76.95
$76.95

When your body's hit the wall — these three are what you reach for.

The three practitioner-selected binders Kirsty and the KW Practitioners use with their own clients to mop up everyday toxic overload — alcohol, mould, pesticides, heavy metals, "glutened" reactions, hormonal weeks, stress, and modern life in general. One cart. One shipping fee. From $60 AUD (Kulture Hub) / $76.95.

You know the moments.

You drank more than you meant to at the wedding. The kid came home glutened from a sleepover. You walked into a freshly-fumigated cafe and your head's been pounding ever since. You're three days into a "cleaning out" diet and you feel ten times worse before you feel better. You just had a CT scan. Your hormonal week is hitting like a freight train.

When your body's been hit with something — alcohol, mould, pesticides, heavy metals, gluten, sugar, stress hormones, or just the cumulative load of modern life — it needs help clearing it out.

That's what binders do.

So what's a binder?

A binder is a substance that attaches to toxins in your gut and carries them out of your body before they get reabsorbed. Think of it as a sponge that mops up the stuff your liver has just dumped into your bowel, so it actually leaves the building.

Without binders, a lot of what your liver works hard to break down gets reabsorbed into circulation. That recirculation is a big part of why "detoxes" can make you feel worse before they make you feel better.

Why three binders, not one?

Because no single binder covers everything.

  • Bentonite clay and activated charcoal are fat-soluble binders — they're how you mop up mould toxins, excess hormones, some pesticides, and the inflammatory by-products of alcohol, sugar, and gut imbalance.
  • Fermented chlorella is a water-soluble binder — it's how you handle heavy metals, fluoride, chlorine, medication residue, and the radiation load from things like CT scans and long flights.

Most "detox" routines miss half the toxin load because they only cover one side of that equation. This bundle covers both.

What's in the box

1 x Kultured Wellness Bentonite Clay
Premium food-grade Australian healing clay. Highly absorbent, traditionally used for everything from food poisoning to hormonal load. Doubles as a clay bath, face mask, or daily binder drink. The "I had a big weekend / I think it's the mould" tool.

1 x Fermented Chlorella (240 pressed tablets)
The water-soluble binder. Algae-based, with amino acids and B vitamins built in. Safe in pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for kids at the labelled dose. Particularly strong for heavy metals and radiation. The "I fly often / I had a scan / I drink tap water" tool.

1 x Eden Healthfoods Activated Charcoal (60 capsules)
The 10,000-year-old detox classic. Negatively-charged carbon that binds up to 100x its own weight in toxins. The "I was glutened / I drank too much / I think it was the prawns" emergency tool.

When you'd actually reach for this

  • A big night out (charcoal at bedtime)
  • An accidental gluten, dairy, or trigger-food exposure
  • A round of antibiotics clearing out of your system
  • A long-haul flight (chlorella + charcoal for the radiation and recycled air)
  • An MRI or CT scan (chlorella for the contrast and radiation load)
  • Hormonal weeks where you feel toxic, bloated, and angry at nothing
  • Coming out of a sugar bender or a season of "letting it slide"
  • Mould exposure, water damage, or moving into a new place
  • Living somewhere with tap water you can't filter
  • Stressful seasons where everything feels like a lot

Who this is for

  • You want a practical, doable detox toolkit — not a 3-day cleanse
  • You travel, drink occasionally, react to foods, or live in a city
  • You're parenting kids who get glutened, get sick, or come home from playdates with God-knows-what
  • You've read Kirsty's Detox Fundamentals eGuide and want to actually have the tools on hand
  • You'd rather buy once, properly, than chase down individual products

Who this isn't for

  • You're pregnant or breastfeeding — chlorella is fine on its own, but clay and charcoal aren't recommended (see safety below)
  • You're shopping for young children — chlorella is fine at the labelled dose; clay and charcoal need practitioner guidance
  • You're mid-protocol for heavy metal chelation or active mould illness — book a consult instead

Why bundle, vs buy each separately

Three products, one cart, one shipping fee — and a discount across all three for Kulture Hub members. The non-member price is $76.95 AUD; Kulture Hub members pay $60 AUD.

Not sure when to take what?

The Detox Fundamentals eGuide ($9.99 AUD) is the practitioner-written dosage chart for everything in this bundle — what to take, how much, and when, across 12+ everyday situations. Add it to your cart for under nine bucks and you'll know exactly how to use what you've just bought.

Quick FAQ

Are these safe to take together?
Yes — but space them apart. Clay and charcoal need to be taken 2 hours away from food, medications, and other supplements (including chlorella). Chlorella is gentler and can be taken with or without food.

How long does the bundle last?
Depends on how often you reach for it. As an "as-needed" toolkit (post-flight, post-wine, post-glutened) — months. As part of a daily detox protocol — a few weeks. Most people use one product more than the others.

Can I use these every day?
Chlorella, yes — it's an actual food. Clay and charcoal are short-burst tools, used when needed rather than as a daily forever-supplement. The eGuide breaks the timing down properly.

Pregnant or breastfeeding?
Chlorella is safe and gentle — it actually helps reduce the toxic load passed through the cord and breastmilk. Clay and charcoal should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless directed by your practitioner.

What about kids?
Chlorella is fine at the dose on the label. Clay and charcoal are not recommended for young children without practitioner guidance. Clay baths, however, are an excellent gentle alternative.

A note on the D-word: "detox" is one of the most abused terms in wellness. To be clear — these binders aren't a cure for anything, and they don't replace medical care. What they do is support the systems your body already has in place, on the days modern life outpaces them. Use them well.
